Happy New Years Update

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, celebrating your holiday(s) of choice. Things are continuing apace here and we're hoping to have things off as soon as possible.
We're slightly behind where we wanted to be regarding our schedule; still at the art step with some of the backers asking for some edits that we're working our way through. Thins are nearing the end there, though, so we should be able to make up some lost ground if things all continue as we were hoping.
If all goes according to plan, we should have some art samples from the new cards for everyone next week.
Cards and Where we are At

Hey everyone! I realize now that we should've numbered these, but I think we're too late now. Live and learn.
Just sending a quick update for everyone! We're almost done with the Backer cards - they're mostly coloured except for one or two. If you haven't received a sample of these soon and you're expecting, we're going to be sending them out in the next day or so.
We're looking at going to print by the end of January at the latest, which should put us well on the schedule we had previously discussed. If things stay apace, we should have games out in the world by the summer.
What does that mean for the rest of you? Two things:
1) We're looking to finalize BackerKit by February, so you should need your order in by then.
2) If you want a discount on shipping, the discount code goes out to people on our mailing list TOMORROW.
Otherwise keep on waiting and get ready to get hyped when it comes out.

End of November & Backerkit Update

The likenesses for the starter cards, extra businesses, and one True Repairman are continuing apace. Some are done sketches and some are already done inks. We're looking to be about on schedule with these, except for one small hiccup.
We haven't heard from one person who bought an Investor card.
At this time, we've still got time to wait on them and remain on schedule. We're going to talk with the printer if we can get everything sorted with a sort of "stand-in" card for that single card right now. Our next update is going to include information on a cut-off date for this because we've got to weigh the interests of the many versus the needs of the one. I think there's a movie about that. Anyway, if that happens, we'll go to print with a stand-in for that Investor, then if that Investor level backer reaches out to us, we'll get another custom card printed for them in either an expansion in the future, as a promo, r we'll otherwise arrange something that'll make sure everyone is happy.

Hey everyone!
Just another update - we're getting everything shored up. Money should be arriving in our accounts shortly which will, in turn, allow us to get out the Backer Kit and start solidifying everything else for us.
HOWEVER - we are still waiting to hear from two backers at the Better than a Plaque level and two backers at the You could say I'm the Money level. At this point we're approaching the possibility that this could become a time delay so I'm asking those of you who have not sent in photos to [email protected] to PLEASE do so. For a couple of you your accounts are private so we can't even reach out to you outside of these updates.
Next up - we are about to launch our Backerkit for this project. What does that mean? That's the service we'll be using to collect shipping information and the like to ultimately be able to get you your game.
The other side of it is that if you have friends who forgot to order a copy already, they can still jump in on the Backerkit to check things out!
Finally, if you sign up for our mailing list before December 21st, we'll be sending out a promo to our subscribers to get a bit off of shipping to put a little bit of savings into your own pocket as a thank you from us.
